Archangel Rainbow Exercise

Making an Archangel Rainbow is a beautiful idea and it is a wonderful way for you to connect with Heavenly Archangels and to ask for their love, support and guidance in your life. To make your Archangel Rainbow you will need a large piece of card, paints or felt tip pens, coloured pens or a black marker, glitter and anything else that you would like to use to decorate your Archangel Rainbow.

On your card draw a large rainbow. Make each colour of the rainbow be colours connected to each of the Archangels. Then in each colour of the rainbow write down how you would like that particular Archangel to help you, for example in the beige colour strip of the rainbow you could write, "Archangel Azrael I ask that you will please help me to heal from all the grief that I have experienced over the years. Thank you." or you could write,” Archangel Azrael please help me to overcome my depression and help to heal the cause of my depression. Thank you." You could write, “Archangel Azrael I ask that you will please help to heal all grief, depression or sorrow that surrounds my family, my loved ones and myself. Thank you."

In the dark yellow strip of the rainbow you could write, "Archangel Gabriel I ask that you will please help me to be a good parent. Please help me to do the right things and to bring up my children well. Thank you." or you could write, "Archangel Gabriel I ask that you will please help me with my song writing. Please help me to write a song that will inspire and reach out to others." You could write, "Archangel Gabriel I ask that you will please help to keep me creative, positive and help me with all of my creative projects. Thank you."

In the bright green / emerald green strip of the rainbow you could write, "Archangel Raphael, I ask that you will please send your healing love and light to ........................... and help them to have a speedy recovery. Thank you." Or you could write," Archangel Raphael I ask that you will please always surround my loved ones and myself with your healing energy. Please keep my loved ones and I healthy and well. Thank you."

In the bright purple strip you could write, "Archangel Michael I ask that you will always keep my loved ones, home, pets and myself protected and safe. Please be our personal body guards. Thank you." Or you could write," Archangel Michael I ask that you will please help me to be strong and not give up on my life, projects or ambitions. Please fill me with the courage and strength I need to move forward on my life path. Thank you."

These are just ideas of what you can write. Once you have drawn and painted your rainbow and written your personal message to each Archangel in their coloured strip of the rainbow, then you can decorate your rainbow. You could use a gold or silver pen to out line the rainbow, stick glitter onto it.

Paint the back ground of the card as the sky or any other colour that feels right for you. You could stick a small picture of each Archangel on the card or by each colour strip which is connected to each Archangel. Make your picture be special and personal to you. You could then frame your picture or make your own personalized frame and stick your rainbow picture up on the wall or on a shelf.

Calling on the Archangels for help

You can call on the help of the Archangels any time you need their assistance. There are many ways in which you can call on the angels. You can either call on them just you would call on someone you know. For example, say you would like to call upon the Archangel Michael for help with protection – just say out loud or in your mind;

“Archangel Michael I call upon you now. Please may you come to my side.”

Then talk to Michael as you would talk to a friend and ask him for his help. Always remember to say thank you afterwards and after you have received his help.

Another affective way to call upon the Archangels is to do this short little exercise.

I first learnt to do this exercise when I read Sonia Choquette’s book ‘Ask you Guides’. I found that this exercise is very affective and truly doses connect you to the Archangels.

Breathe

Say out loud or in your mind : Mich – ael

Breathe and wait a minute

Repeat this 3-4 times and then talk to Michael as you would to a friend and ask for his help.

You can use this same process to call upon any of the Archangels for help and guidance. Even try invoking all of the Archangels at one if you like eg;

Until you have gone through all of the Archangel names or all the Archangels that you wish to invoke. After you have done this exercise write down in your journal how you felt, any sensations you had or experiences, your thoughts on the exercise and if you noticed any thing happen. It is so very important to write everything down even if you think it is insignificant.

Drawing Your Guardian Angels

The best way to tune in and draw your beautiful Guardian Angels is to find somewhere quiet and where you will not be disturbed. Put on some soothing music and maybe light a candle or two. Take in several deep breaths into your chest, releasing each breath slowly. Try to become completely relaxed. Have your drawing pad in front of you and a pencil. Then say this short prayer…

“I call upon my highest level artist guides and angels. I call upon my Guardian Angels. I ask that you will please help me to draw an accurate and detailed portrait of my guardian angel. I put my trust and faith in you that you will guide me each step of the way. Thank you.”

Now calm your mind and take note of any images, sounds, feelings, tastes, smells or names that come to you. Jot everything that comes to you down on your piece of paper. Know deep with in that what you are drawing and the information you are receiving is accurate.

Do not force your drawing but let it come to you freely. Do not take much notice of what you are drawing and writing. In stead just go with the flow and let your guides and angels guide your hand. Trust in your heavenly and spiritual helpers and know that they are helping you. If you keep practicing this then in good time you will find that you are drawing angels and could even try to draw your guides or the Archangels. Remember that nothing happens over night, everything takes time, patience and practice.

Writing to your Guardian Angels

One of the most effective ways to communicate with your angels as well as your guides is to write to them.

Find somewhere that is quiet and where you will not be disturbed. Light a candle or too if you like and make you self feel totally relaxed and calm. Get out a piece of paper and pen – or you can write in your journal.

Write a loving letter to your guardian angel telling them about your self, about how you look forward in working with them. Share with your angels your dreams, hopes, fears, wishes and desires. Share your thoughts and feelings with them. Ask your guardian angels for guidance and advice on some of life’s issues.

Tell them about the some of the decisions you make and about your concerns. Ask your angels to work with you each day and guide you. Make the letter as personal as you like to your angels. Decorate it or leave it plain – it is entirely up to you.

Once you have written your letter say out loud or in your mind, “My guardian angel here is a letter I have written just for you. I send it to you with love and care. Some people feel that after they have written their letter they would like to burn it, and then sprinkle the ashes of the letter in the garden – as this helps to send the letter to their angels.

I personally do not feel that you have to do this as your guardian angels will receive your letter. They are standing by your side and are reading the letter as you write it. It is entirely up to you whether you want to burn the letter or keep it safe somewhere or in your journal. A wonderful way of truly writing too and connecting with your angels is to create an Angel Letter Box.

Finding out how many Guardian Angels you have

Find somewhere that is nice and quiet and where you will not be disturbed. Lie down and make sure you are in a comfortable position. Take in a few deep breaths slowly to help completely relax you. Try to calm your mind of the days chatter and try to feel the vibrations in your room. Try to see if you can feel the vibration of your Guardian Angel. Ask your Guardian Angel to please help you to feel their presence. Once you feel their presence then ask, “How many Guardian Angels do I have?”

Quiet your mind and trust what comes to you. Does a particular number jump out at you and stick in your mind? Or do you see 1-2 or more colored lights or orbs floating in your mind? What numbers or symbols come to you? Keep practicing this exercise until you feel that you know how many guardian angels you have. Remember you can always ask your guardian angel for conformation, if ever you are not 100% sure on the answer.

Write down in your journal your experiences, thoughts, feelings, visions and any other things that come to you during this exercise. It is so important to write it all down even if it seems insignificant.

As I said before one of the most effective ways in which to sense our angels is to draw pictures of them and to look at pictures of angels. Try drawing pictures of angels and also your guardian angel. Draw a picture of how you see them and try to read up on angels and look at pictures of them.

Seeing Your Guardian Angel

Like the Archangels who have different coloured auras so do our guardian angels. Our guardian angels aura is white and sparkly. If you see a white sparkles of light, or white mist or maybe even a ball of light which is white and sparkling like thousands of stars or glitter then you know that you are seeing your guardian angel.

Ask your Guardian Angel to please help you to feel their presence. Once you feel their presence then ask your Guardian Angel to please help you to see them. Close your eyes and trust any images or thoughts that come to you. What do you see and how do you feel? Do you see a person in your minds eye or do you see an animal? Do you see bright colours or lights?

Do you see a feather or a heart? What pictures come to you? Try to take in as much detail as possible and try see these images as vividly as possible. At the same time try not to over concentrate as this will block out any genuine images. Just totally relax your body and mind and trust what ever come to you.

Keep practicing this exercise until you feel comfortable with what comes to you. You may find that you see many different things at first, but then one image should keep coming back to you each time you do this exercise. The image that keeps coming back to you is a vision of how your angel would like to show themselves to you.

Finding out Your Guardian Angels Name

Ask your Guardian Angel to please help you to feel their presence. Once you feel their presence say hello and ask them what their name is. The first name that pops into your mind is the name of your Guardian Angel. Do not judge or question the name you hear or see. It is very unlikely that you will hear a name being said out loud. You will either hear a name being said in your mind or see a name flash in your head.

Do not judge the name that comes to you or question it. Most people think that their angels must have angelic or biblical names but, this is very far from the truth. Many times our guardian angels can have very common names such as Lilly or Tyrone, Greg, Ben, Kathy or Gina.

If you feel unsure whether the name you heard is really your Guardian Angels name or not, then ask your angel to please send you conformation. They will send you conformation through signs. For example say you feel that your guardian angels name is Lilly but you are not 100% sure. You ask your guardian angel for conformation of their name. You may find then that for the next 2-3 days the name Lilly keeps appearing. You may see a sign post with the name Lilly written on it.

Or you may be watching the telly and there is someone on telly by that name. You could see the name appear in the credits or your partner could buy you a bunch of fresh lilies. These are all signs of conformation that your Guardian Angel is giving you, to let you know that their name is Lilly. Thank your Guardian Angel for sharing their name with you.

If you try out this exercise and you do not get any names come to you then keep trying it each night until it comes to you. As with everything – practice makes perfect. You can do this exercise any time of the day – though at night you are more relaxed so night is the better option. The more relaxed you are the easier it will be for you to connect with your angel. Write down in your journal your experiences, thoughts, feelings, visions and any other things that come to you during this exercise. It is so important to write it all down even if it seems insignificant.

Sensing Your Guardian Angel

Just before you go to bed at night lay comfortably so that you feel completely relaxed and settled. Take in a few deep breaths slowly to help completely relax you. Try to calm your mind from the days chatter and try to feel the vibrations in your room. How does the vibrations in your room feel? Do you notice any differences from when you usually go to sleep? Try to see if you can feel the vibration of your Guardian Angel.

You may not be able to see them but they are there. Guardian Angels have powerful yet light and subtle vibrations. Their vibration is warm, comforting, inviting and gentle. Trust the feelings and thoughts that come to you. Trust what you feel and do not judge it.

Ask your guardian Angel to please help you to feel their presence. Say out loud or in your mind, “My Guardian Angel I call upon you now. Please help me to feel your presence. Are you standing behind me? Are you standing in front of me? Or are you standing to the left of me, or to the right of me? Please help me to feel your presence now. Thank you.”

It is extremely important to always remember to thank all of your angels and spirit guides each time you work with them or ask for their help. Like us they like to feel appreciated and respected.

Once you have done this then close your eyes, relax, calm your mind and try to feel if there are any changes in the room. Can you feel the presence of your guardian Angel by your side? Take note of what their presence feels like – it is so important to remember how they feel so you can recognize their presence in your every day life.

Once you have felt your Guardian Angels presence then thank your angel for coming to your side. Thank them for sharing with you what their special presence feels like. You will now recognize your angels’ presence so will always know when they are with you.

How to Build a Spiritual Business

I will be teaching you how to start and build your own spiritual business. This is the last lesson of this course. You are almost there! I will teach you how to build a client base, how to receive testimonials, how to run your own website and give you helpful hints and tips for advertising, design and helpful links.

By working together you will be able to start up your own unique business and begin doing spiritual work. The hints and tips I will be giving you are just helpful guidelines and ideas - only take from this lesson what helps you and try to do some of your own research and use your own ideas.

You are an amazingly creative person. You are the only person who knows exactly what it is that you would like to achieve and how you want your business to be. You know what type of work you want to do and how you want to do it – so follow your instincts and vibes and create a business that is personal to you.

Only start to build your business once you feel confident in your abilities and once you can perform accurate and detailed readings. If your business involves teaching others then make sure that you know the topic that you are going to teach off by heart. Do the appropriate studies and learning so that you are confident in what you will be teaching.

Only start to build your business once you feel completely ready to do so. If you start to build your business before you feel ready then you will not be able to keep your business a float and you will begin to loose confidence. So if you feel that you are completely ready to start building your business then this lesson will help to give you a general idea on how to do so.

Make a Plan

The first thing you need to do before you can start up your business is to make a business plan and decide exactly what type of business you would like to run. A business plan is highly important as you are working out exactly what you want to do and how you are going to do it. Even authors always make a plan of the novel or book they wish to write before doing so. Having a business plan helps to give you direction and set goals for your business.

Now decide what exactly it is that you would like to do. What type of business would you like to run? Do you want to go into spiritual teaching? Do you want to hold workshops teaching others how to develop their psychic gifts or teaching others on a specific subject? If you do want to teach others then what do you want to teach? Do you want to teach others about angels, spiritual growth, astrology, numerology, living a six sensory life, tarot cards, about magic or psychic development, psychic art or dreams and meanings?

Ask yourself if you have done enough research into the subject that you would like to teach. Do you feel confident teaching this subject? Are you going to teach online or in person? Or do you want to run your business online, at home or in a hall or building?

If you are teaching in person then do some research and find a venue where you can hold workshops. Find a venue that you can afford to pay the rental fees to rent out the building. If you are doing teaching online then find a website where you can create your own website such as WEBS, Ucoz or Wetpaint. Are you going to use a free website or are you going to use a rental one?

Or would you like a business where you offer your services such as performing certain types of readings for others. Or would you like to open a psychic call centre? If this is the case then ask yourself if you will you do phone readings though Skype or by telephone? If you do phone readings by telephone then you will need to find a phone line rental or organize a way of sorting out the phone readings and phone numbers to use.

Choose a business that you would feel most comfortable doing and choose something that feeds your spirit and brings you joy. Remember that this will be your business and main line of work so choose a field that inspires and excites you, a field that you can see yourself working in for many years to come. Also decide how many hours a day you would like to work and what times are best for you.

Spend a good hour or two thinking of what you would like to offer at your business, how you would like your business look? What colours do you want to associate with your website or business and what pictures would you like to use. What do you want your logo to be and look like? Maybe design your logo so it is personal to your website or look online for websites that offer free or paid for logos.

Write down all of your ideas. Would you like to run your business on your own or would you like to have a business partner or two? Would you like to employ people and if so then how many people would you need? If you did employ people then what jobs would they do? How would you go about finding these people? Think of how you would advertise for people to join your business and will you give them a test to see if they are what you are looking for? How much will you pay them for the work they do and when will you pay them? How much money are you willing to spend to help your business to grow? Take a serious look at your finances and work out exactly what you have to spend.

If money is tight then start off small and as your business grows then you can add more to it – this is what I am doing as money is very tight, so what I have done is started off small and are gradually working my way up. You do not have to spend a fortune to make a business work. All a business needs is determination, dedication and the drive to make it a success and not give up at the first hurdle. Take each day one step at a time and do not give up if things are going slow or not according to plan.

Be patient and go with the flow. Ask the angels and your guides to help you build your business and to draw clients to you. Ask the angels and your guides to help guide you in the right direction and to inspire you with creative and positive ideas. They will be only too happy to help you as much as they can. Do research as to what prices others charge for what ever it is that you would like to do, then work out your prices and what you would like to charge for your services.

Take a look at other businesses that are similar to yours. You can gain a lot of experience, insights and ideas by looking at others businesses and seeing what they have done. If you would like to open a New Age shop then do research and find Wholesalers that sell the types of products you are looking for. Find one that is right for you. Decide which products you would like to sell and what the best prices to sell them for are.

If you are opening an online shop then remember to include postage in your prices. Also work out how much profit you would like to make on the items you sell. Decide the amount of each item that you would like to purchase to sell in your shop. See what sells and if something does not sell then remove this product from your shop. Order more of the products that do sell well. Do research to see what people want and then find those items to sell in your shop.

Work out what FAQ you will add to your business and make sure that you can answer these. Try to think of all the angles so that you cover yourself. If you decide to run your business online and you are performing readings for people then first check to make sure that you have everything that you need. Client Testimonials – try asking all of the people that you have performed readings for if they would not mind leaving you a testimonial. You could even set up a day or two where you offer free readings in exchange for an honest testimonial or feedback on the reading you performed. If you are just beginning your spiritual journey and then you could write a Psychic Bio instead which is a short summery of the gifts you have, any work you have done and your experiences.

Advertising

Once you have created your Psychic Bio or CV and have some client testimonials then, you can go ahead and start up your business. Advertising your business is extremely important. The fastest way to help your business to grow is by advertising it and your services. Word of mouth is a brilliant way of advertising your business and will be one of the first ways that news spreads about your services and business.

Try doing a lot of work in your local town such as hold mediumship nights, psychic reading parties, private sittings, attend a psychic circle or Spiritualist Church, start a small psychic development group or workshop in your home or rent a building to do so, do street readings or do spiritual fairs and fates. Put up posters advertising your services and business or stick notices though people’s doors.

Let the locals know that you are there to offer readings and your services. Make sure that your services are affordable and remember that you are doing this not for money but to help and serve others. It is so easy to let money and recognition take over and distract us from the true purpose of a psychic – a psychic’s purpose is to reach out to those in need and help in any way that we can. We have been blessed with our psychic gifts to help others and our planet.

If you are running your own website then a great way of getting your website noticed is to add a lot of tags which are words connected to your website such as spiritual, psychic, dreams, angels, readings, affordable, new age, shop etc. These tag words will help your website to appear higher in the search engines.

Also try to add a lot of links onto your website as this also helps to draw people to your site. You could even do link exchange – by asking people if they would not mind if you left a link to your website on theirs in exchange that you would have their website link on your website.

Below are a few more ideas of ways to build and advertise your business or website…

* Advertise on Facebook weekly putting a link to your website in your status. Also open a group at Facebook that advertises your website or business and leads people there. You could even create a fan page.

* Have an open day where you invite people to visit your website or business’s open day – have a freebie or something that will draw them in and welcome them to the open day.

* Open a page on My Space that is dedicated to your website or business – leave links or contact details so people can find your website or business and get in contact with you.

* Word of mouth works wonders

* Open an account on Twitter and advertise your website or business on there also keep them update on what’s happening at the website or your business.

* Draw people in by offering freebies, fun competitions and discounts or bargains.

* Do lots of promotions, sales, half price and competitions

* Set up a FAQ page

* If you have a website then have members on your site – as this helps to make your site look busy and the members will invite their friends to join. The more members who join your site the better – like I said above, word of mouth and recommending people work wonders.

* If you do have a business that is not online then why not still create a website to help draw more people to your business and to advertise your business.

* If creating a website (online business) then choose back ground themes that look very spiritual and inviting. Make your website look warm and happy – and most important of all professional.

* Always treat your clients, customers and members with respect and how you would like to be treated. Make them feel welcome and take the time to get to know them. Who knows you may make a new friend or two. Some of my best online friends are clients or members of my websites. It is important to get to know your members and clients and build up a friendly and good relationship with them.

* Get people involved in your website or business. If you are running a website then let people send in their experiences, dreams and photos. The more people can be involved in helping your site to grow – the more successful your site will be. People like to feel that they can contribute towards making something grow. Maybe have a discussions area where people can take part in interesting discussions. It is also wonderful to let people get involved as you make new friends and can enjoy others experiences and talents too.

* Add helpful and fun apps to your website or business

* Have lots of interesting pictures as this helps to draw people in and helps to make your website or business have a friendly and interesting feel to it.

* Make YOUTUBE videos to advertise and sponsor your business or website, you could even create your own meditation and helpful information cd’s or youtube videos.

* If you have a website then you could create a Dream Doctor page to help people with there dreams and meanings

* Again if you run a website you could create a Questions and Answers section where people can send in their questions on the paranormal and supernatural

* Make it easy for others to find and read your client testimonials

* Create an attractive brochure on your business or website.

* Do research and find out what others like or dislike about your business or website. Ask people for suggestions and find out what people are looking for in your business.

* If you have the money then maybe you could advertise your service on the telly in an advert

* You could ask your local radio station if you could have a slot on the radio to advertise or talk about your services, website or business.

* Have various types of psychics working for your business or at the website who can perform various types of readings which you are unable to perform. This will help to offer a wider range of readings and services to your customers and clients.

* Try opening own radio station interviewing other psychics and have people come in for talks and discussions. Have star guests on your show and make it interesting for the listeners. You could even hold workshops at your radio station. Blog Radio is an online radio station where people can do just that.

* If you have a website then you could join different website trafficking sites to help draw more traffic to the website. There are both free website trafficking sites available as well as paying ones.

* You could list your business in the local phone directory, your local paper or even the Friday Ad.

* Ask the Archangels to help draw the right people to your site. Ask for their help in setting everything up and in being of service to others. Remember to not leave it all up to your guides and angels. They are happy to help you but you need to put in the work too.

* Open a shop where people can buy diaries, t-shirts, cups, spiritual items, cards, books, oracle cards, crystal necklaces and bracelets, meditation cd's, angels and fairy ornaments etc from your business or website.

How to Access your Akashic Records

The Akashic Records a spiritual library which exists in the Universal mind. This library is the largest library and holds a massive amount of information on every living thing that ever was, that is and that will be. This library holds all knowledge great and small. Each and every living person has an Akashic Record Library in their subconscious mind / universal mind.

This knowledge is of all that is and ever will be, knowledge of humanity, our life purpose, existence, history of the cosmos and every living thing. Everything that has ever been said, done or that has happened is recorded in this library. All of your past lives are recorded here too. This library holds wonders and secrets of the world and universe and is very sacred.

Below is a short exercise that will help you to be able to access your Akashic Records…

Find somewhere quiet to sit or lay down. Maybe light a candle or two or put on some soft music – it is entirely up to you. Make sure that you will not be disturbed and then shut your eyes.

Take in 10-20 deep breaths slowly to help yourself to relax. Concentrate on your breathing until you feel completely relaxed. Now say out loud or in your mind, “I call upon my guardian angel/s. I ask that you will please show me my Akashic Records now. Thank you.”

Now imagine that in front of you is standing your guardian angel/s and they are holding out their hand/s to you. Imagine that you take hold of their hand. The instant you do you see a beautiful shimmering golden light surround you – this light is called Angel Starlight and is a highly powerful and vibrational healing light.

Watch as this beautiful light enters each of your chakras one at a time. Feel this light entering each chakra and watch as each chakra opens and grows larger and larger, feel them begin to spin very fast. Now watch as this light enters each of your auras causing them to become bright and clean. This gorgeous shimmering golden light now fills your entire body, mind, spirit, soul and angelic body.

Now say out loud or in your mind, “My beautiful guardian angel/s I reach out to you with my heart, my words, my mind and spirit and with my soul. I connect with you on a deep and spiritual level and link my entire self with you.” Hear your guardian angel say then say to you,”……………..(your name) we are now linked and connected as one.”

Now your guardian angel/s surrounds both yourself and them in a bubble of angelic protection which is filled with the shimmering golden light. You begin to rise higher and higher so that when you look below you can see everything becoming smaller. You riser higher – past the clouds and past space - as you move towards a brilliant white light a head.

You have now entered this brilliant white light and you feel completely serene and safe. You are over flowing with love and peace deep with in you. You then notice that you are surrounded by many angels of all shapes and sizes. They smile happily at you and welcome you into the higher realms

Now see a large golden door in front of you. The door is covered in beautiful flowers and greenery. It looks so inviting and your angels usher you to walk through the door.

Still holding your guardian angel/s hands you walk into the beautiful door and notice that you are surrounded by thousands and thousands of books, each book is shimmering in the same golden light. Your angels lead you to a beautiful spot where you sit down in front of a massive book. On the cover of the book reads; “…………..(your name) Akashic Records.

Your angels smile at you and urge you to open the book which you do. Now read all that there is to read. Take in each detail and ask your angels to help you to remember all that you have read.

When you have finished reading your Akashic Records and are ready to leave then say out loud or in your mind, “I thank you my angel/s for showing me my Akashic Records. I am ready to go back now.”

You then stand and your angel/s walk you back out of the library. You return back to earth the way you had come. Once you are back in your room where you had started the meditation thank your angels once more, take in several deep breaths and gently wiggle your toes, flowered by your fingers, nose, arms, legs and so on until you have come out of the meditation.
