The Presence of Angels

The dramatic event was over in 20 minutes, but the before, during, and after was filled with Angels, in all the forms they come in.

It was a warmish day so after working for hours on the computer I took a garden clean-up break. There was a bucket of ashes from our wood stove sitting in the driveway and since it had been there a day, plus it had been cooling in the stove the day before, I picked it up to dump into the burn pile.

I heard, "But, it still may be hot so wait another day or put water on it."

Angel Idea.

I listened, put the bucket down, and went about the rest of the gardening. As I was walking back into the house, I saw the bucket, but was so focused on starting dinner; I forgot the original Angel Idea message, and this time dumped the ashes into one of the compost containers beside the house.

Heading inside I heard, "They may still be hot, so dump some water into the bin."

Angel Idea.

I heard it, and immediately forgot it because I was thinking about something else.

Four hours later, I heard, "Shut down the computer early and go read." Angel Idea. I listened and headed into the bedroom.

Within in seconds there was a huge whoosh! The window outside the bedroom lit up with a bright orange and red light. Opening the door, I saw the compost bin on fire with flames pouring from it higher than the house.

Having taken the hoses down, and emptied the water barrel because of the coming frosts there was no outside water so I rushed into the kitchen, filled the biggest pan with water, ran outside, dumped it on the fire, and realized that it was something I could put out if I just kept moving.

Since I found I couldn't dial 911 and get water at the same time, this was an Angel Idea as a message to me.

Returning from the kitchen with the third bucket of water, I found a teenage boy standing in the bedroom ready to help. His mom was outside and had the fire department on the phone.

People Angels.

Driving by they had seen the whoosh and stopped to help. Within the next 15 minutes, two police officers and a fire truck showed up.

All acting as Angels.

It was all over in 20 minutes. The compost bin (the one I didn't like anyway) had melted into a big lump and chunk of siding on the house had melted, but no one was hurt, and very little damage was done.

The woman and her son moved back into the night as gracefully as they came, and I never found out their name so I could thank them for their help, but I never will forget them.

Sometimes Angels appear as ideas and messages, and sometimes as people, but they are always present. The question is, are we listening and then acting on them?

Yes, I heard the Angel Idea to put water in the compost bin, but didn't act on it because my thoughts were elsewhere. I was busy. I was projecting into the future.

Listen and act immediately - the first lesson here and an Angel Idea. The second Angel Idea is to learn the lesson and then let go.

Yes, I spent some time berating myself for being so careless, and projecting what might have happened.

No one was doing it but me. The police officers, the firefighters, the woman and her son, and my husband were all comforting. I was the one doing all the "what if's" and feeling terrible about it.

However, I knew that staying there would be even more damaging than any fire could ever be.

Moving thought into the Truth of being is always the Angel Idea and action to take. The carelessness and result was never part of the experience of the divine.

To benefit from any lesson is to move up and away from it, and not to carry it as a burden or weapon.

A few weeks before this incident, while shopping in the store, I found a coupon for what I was buying tucked beside it. I was profoundly moved by the idea that provision, as an Angel person, had left it there for whoever needed it. I have often done this, but had never experienced it for myself.

I was amazed what an impact it made on me in the moment and through the coming weeks.

Sometimes we forget that Angel Ideas are present in every detail of our lives because we become so caught up in the small things in life that keep us from hearing them and taking action.

We get to choose which path to take, too busy to listen and take action, or present in the now.

As each of us provide for others in big and small ways we are Love in action, we are the Angels of God's presence, and the gratitude that whelms up in the recipient is a window into the grace that is Love.

How To Put Your Angels On Assignment

They are assigned to watch over us and protect us throughout our life. They are with us even when we don't recognize them and they go to war for us to get our prayers answered. They are special messengers from God and they are our angels.

When we speak about angels, it is a topic that raises many questions.

What are angels and are they real?
Do I have angels watching over me?
Can we see angels?

What Are Angels

Angels are real spirit beings created by God. They are heavenly messengers who seek to do God's will as they hearken to His voice and His Word. God uses His angels to rescue and protect His people and to bring honor, praise and worship to His name. There are many different types of angels with different ranks and authority. Contrary to what some believe, there are both good angels and there are evil angels.

Good angels are holy angels who seek to do God's will and who worship only God. Evil angels are demons or what we call fallen angels. These are angels who seek to deceive you and lead you away from worshiping God. They seek glory and worship for themselves and their desire is to exalt themselves above God.

Angels are assigned to us by God to watch over us and protect us, but we must put angels in their proper place. Angels are not gods and they are not our spiritual guides. Angels are never to be worshipped, prayed to or called upon for spiritual guidance. God alone is to be worshipped and praised. When we pray, we must always direct our prayers to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When we need guidance in our life we must call on the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth and righteousness.

Holy angels always direct worship and praise back to the God. An example of this is in the Book of Revelation when John was given a vision by the angel. Revelation 19:9-10 says, "And the angel said to me, Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb. And he added, These are true words that come from God." Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said, No, don't worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you and your brothers and sisters who testify about their faith in Jesus. Worship only God. For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus.

Psalm 103:20-21 says "Praise the Lord, you angels, you mighty ones who carry out his plans, listening for each of his commands. Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels who serve him and do his will."

This scripture reminds us that praise for God's angels is given to the Lord, not to the angels. It tells us that the mighty angels in heaven carry out God's plan as they listen for His commands, which is His Word. Finally it shows us that this mighty army of angels serve only Him as they seek to do the will of God.

Angels Watching Over Me

God has assigned angels as His special messengers to each of our lives to watch over us and to protect us. They keep us from harm and they are even sent to warn us about danger. The Bible says the Lord will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won't even hurt your foot on a stone.

The Book of Matthew describes to us how angels even ministered to Jesus when He was led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. He had fasted forty days and nights and was very hungry. It was during that time the devil came to him and said, "If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become loaves of bread." But Jesus told him, "No! The Scriptures say, People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. "

Then the devil took him to the holy city, Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple, and said, "If you are the Son of God, jump off! For the Scriptures say, 'He will order his angels to protect you. And they will hold you up with their hands so you won't even hurt your foot on a stone. Jesus responded, "The Scriptures also say, 'You must not test the Lord your God.

Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. He said to Jesus I will give it all to you, if you will kneel down and worship me. Jesus then replied "Get out of here, Satan, "For the Scriptures say, 'You must worship the Lord your God
and serve only him. Then the devil went away, and angels came and took care of Jesus.

Jesus showed us the perfect example of how we are to use the Word of God to war against Satan, demonic voices and attacks. It is only through the Word of God that we can win the war. Each time Satan came with a temptation, Jesus used the Word of God against him. It was then that the angels of God came and ministered to Jesus as they heard the Word spoken. The angels hearkened to God's commands.

1 John 2:15-16 says " Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but is of the world."

Can We See Angels

The Bible tells us to keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters and not to forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it! God will send His angels among us here on the Earth to carry out His assignments.

In Genesis 28:11-22 we read about Jacobs dream. Jacob left Beersheba and was traveling toward Haran when at sundown he arrived at a good place to set up camp and stopped there for the night. Jacob found a stone to rest his head against and laid down to sleep. As he slept, he dreamed of a stairway that reached from the earth up to heaven. And he saw the angels of God going up and down the stairway. During this dream God confirmed His promises to Jacob Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, "Surely the Lord is in this place, and I wasn't even aware of it!" But he was also afraid and said, "What an awesome place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gateway to heaven!"

Jacob's dream was a vision and insight into what happens in the spirit realm. God allowed Jacob to see the angels going up and down the ladder leading from heaven to earth. God confirmed to Jacob His word and His promises that He had given to his grandfather Abraham and to his father Isaac. All these promises were being fulfilled and the angels were going between heaven and earth carrying out God's promises.

Angels On Assignment

The way we put our angels on assignment is by speaking the Word of God. They are waiting for the Word of God to be spoken during our prayers and our spoken word. We must be careful by putting a guard over our mouths and speak forth only what God says not what we think or feel. God's Word is the only authority in our lives. Begin to speak and declare the promises of God over your life. When you pray, pray God's Word and when you stand, stand firm in faith and watch God's angels begin to move on your behalf.

What Are Angels?

We are all guided by angels whether we realise or not, yes even the skeptics. So what are angels? Angels are messengers from the spirits, they are not of form, that is they do not have a shape and are not spirits of the dead. Angels are androgynous pure spirit and are messengers from God. When you pray the angels take the messages therefore praying to the angels or God makes little difference.

Angels are within most if not all cultures in the world and are mentioned more in the Koran that in the bible. You do not need to be religious to understand angels or ask angels for help as God is one regardless of what religion or belief you have.

You may have heard of the seventh heaven or the seventh dimension. This is where angels exist. They are on a much higher frequency than humans therefore are well beyond the human range of hearing and sight.

With a few exceptions angels have never been physical. That is they are not incarnated from humans or other living creatures as we understand them. However, there have been times that angels do appear in human form and in fact other forms such as animals.

For example there are stories where people have been in trouble and there has been help appear from nowhere and then simply disappear afterwards. You can find stories pertaining to this all over the internet.

Angels also provided messages via your senses. You may smell something that is not in existence in your environment, sense a presence, feel a draft and there are not doors and windows open. This is nothing to fear contrary to many stories. In fact it you should try and embrace and "listen" as there may be a message for you albeit convoluted.

Angels have Divine Will not free will so they are only able to assist us if we request their help. In saying this they are sometimes able to influence our thought and actions and in some rare circumstances when we are in deep trouble like in an accident and it is not our time to die.

As angels are on a higher frequency that we are it is difficult for them to lower their frequency to ours. To assist in fixing this we must raise our vibrational levels. To do this we need to learn to relax and be calm. This is easier said than done but can be achieved through the eating of wholesome foods, music and meditation.

The other method to get the messages we need to ask for an intermediary for assistance. These are people who have achieved enlightenment and are gifted with the ability to take messages for you and pass them on. They will also assist you in how to receive the messages and guidance from your angels.

Guardian angels are angels that every single one of us has. They stay with us throughout our lifetime. Other angels assist us as we require them for certain situations and changes within our life.

Humor With the Angels

In the year and half, that I have been working with the angels, on an almost a daily basis, it has come to me, that the angels, aren't always serious in their communication. They truly like to laugh, and they like us to laugh, along with them. Sometimes, they make fun of themselves, in a way that makes us understand their message a bit easier. The other day, I had heard a message about symbols. There were three symbols mentions: butterflies, and rainbows, and moonbeams.

This is the message, I had received:

The angels want us to know, "We also have a sense of humor and a lot of our messages are given with a sense of humor. For laughter and joy, are so good for you. When using your sense of humor, you feel much lighter, You feel that you may even begin to smile or laugh out loud. We are all for laughing out loud, too. It clears our mood and we feel understood, even if it is a bit silly at times. We ask you to not be afraid to let the humor come through. We love to laugh too, and laugh with you, too. May your angels on the moonbeams, be with you in the form of butterflies, as they fly through the rainbow, today. Angel blessing to all.

It's not slapstick comedy, but it does make you smile. I feel they do use their sense of humor, to help us keep things a bit lighter. And not to be so serious, all of the time. There is a lot going on in our world, A lot of it, is very serious for us to be concerned about. I feel they like to help us not to feel all the heaviness, that has been around all of us,

I had asked the angels the many ways, we can keep things a bit lighter for us. They had some really good ideas, for all of us to consider.

• Read a book that is funny or try writing a funny story

• Be with children and just play with them, be silly like they are being silly

• Write about the something that was really funny to you at the time

• Read a book of jokes

• Watch comedians perform that you enjoy listening to.

• Watch movies that are funny to you

• Being with old friends, and having good conversation; the kind that has you laughing for hours

• Cleaning your house to music like the oldies songs.. The house will get cleaner a lot faster.

The angels state that to be in a continually depressed or blah moo, is not good for anyone. Looking to partake events that lift your mood, is a way to keep life in balance. The angels want to say; that they love helping and seeing us smiling and laughing.. Let your inner child come through. So many of us forge,t what the inner child is truly like. The inner child may be sad, or angry, or hurt in some way, but he secretly wants to be happy, and forgiving. Let your inner child come out gracefully, and let him feel what its like to laugh, and to be child like again.

The angels are not talking about being irresponsible,or mean, they are talking about letting the sadness, or the hurt, or what is making your heart heavy, to lift it with doing an activity, where you find yourself smiling again.

I know for me, when I am feeling heavy about something, the last thing I want to do, is to be in activities that are full of humor, or being silly. When I find time for myself to have time for me, like reading a favorite book, or listening to soothing music,. or meditation for a short time. This time top regroup helps me to become more of who I am. I am much more willing to let my inner child out a bit more. Taking care of yourself is most important. Letting yourself laugh, a really big belly laugh, makes the angels really happy because they know how happy you are.

They say to be deprived of laughter, or humor, can be very disheartening. They say laughter, in many ways, is food for the heart. Humor can help you to move forward, in a way that is positive for you.

A heavenly spirit assigned by God to watch over each of us during our lives. The doctrine of angels is part of the Church's tradition. The role of the guardian angel is both to guide us to good thoughts, work and words, and to preserve us from evil. Psalm 91: 10-12...

Angels are emanations of God, just as sunbeams are to the sun. From the moment of birth, there is an angel waiting to take its place by our side. Do they hear our prayers? Do they feel what we feel?

Angels are around us. They surround us. If we learn to seek their assistance, gladly they will come to our aid. Angels are a link between our human realm and the divine. Angels do not belong to any particular religious belief. We can not see them, but we can feel the energy that pervades in their presence.

Angels are purely spiritual beings with no physical form. When they were created, God granted them free will, immortality and divine intelligence. Their task is to sustain the universe.

The angels are free from the restrictions of time and space. They can be anywhere at anytime because they are multi- dimensional. They are not constrained nor restrained by time and space. It is believed that angels travel faster than the speed of light.

Angels are trusted with the task of looking after the whole of creation; from the animal kingdom, the plants and minerals, the planets, the earth, the wind, and stars. To every living creature, there is an angelic presence.

Angels are fascinated with man’s ability to invent and to create equipment, machinery, gadgets and toys to meet man’s needs and also for pleasure.

When we open ourselves to the angelic realm, we open ourselves to deeper spirituality and inner development. Communication with angels encourages us to develop intuitively in order to be able to decode their message. Meditation helps us to navigate through the negative blocks that hinder our inner development and our peace of mind. Meditation helps us find the path to love and joy, which is the ultimate message the angels wish to give us.

In our cluttered and harried world, we need a moment of quiet and go deep within ourselves. This is the best time to connect with the angels. They inspire us to reach for a higher level of love, peace, harmony and align ourselves with the Divine. Angels can only help us if we ask them. This does not mean that they will deny us help in moments of great need. Think of a time when you did something without thinking that actually saved you. There was an angel by your side!

Angels bring us peace and comfort. When they reach out to us, we feel the divine within us. It is a reminder that our physical selves are sacred temples of the divinity we share with our Creator.

Rudolf Steiner, a German philosopher and scientist, had a deep love and understanding of angels. According to him, angels communicate with us through images, thus we need to develop our imagination and intuition to be able to decode angelic messages.

We need to acknowledge their presence around us. Angels help us to make better choices, so that our words, thoughts and actions are in alignment with our higher selves and best interest without compromise. Angels assist us to find our deeper selves and be able to express it through creative pursuits, help us feel the joys of love, enjoy the serenity that comes with inner peace.

With a calmer state of mind, problems are not as overwhelming. We can see through the maze with clarity. Life flows.

Angels are there for us when we feel alone. Angels are there when there is no one to reach out to. Call out to an angel who’ll be there to give comfort and solace.

At times when danger is imminent, an angel is there to warn us, to protect us and keep us safe. There is always an angel by our side.
